烹饪方式 How to cook:
- 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中。
- 加入清水,大火煮沸后转小火及加入喜欢的肉类煮1.5至2小时。
- 加入适量的调味后即可完成。
- Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
- Pour in water and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours with your preferred meat.
- Add some salt and ready to serve.
注意事项 Precaution:
经期、贫血、身体不适、对药材过敏者不宜食用。孕妇慎用。(怀孕4个月以上才可服用)
Not suitable for menstrual, anemia, sick people and people allergic to any herbs.
