田七、花旗参、淮山、红枣、龙眼干、玉竹、甘草、枸杞
Pseudoginseng, American Ginseng, Chinese Yam, Red Dates, Dried Longan, Solomon's Seal, Licorice & Gojiberry
烹饪方式 How to cook:
- 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中。
- 加入清水,大火煮沸后转小火及加入喜欢的肉类煮1.5至2小时。
- 加入适量的调味后即可完成。
- Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
- Pour in water and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours with your preferred meat.
- Add some salt and ready to serve.
